Biographical Note

Francis Fitz Randolph held degrees from Yale and Harvard, was an investment banker who held high-level positions at a number of corporations, and served as a trustee of Vassar College from 1947-1956. He donated a number of rare books and works of art to Vassar. He died on 12 October 1973.
